We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Hype DC store in beautiful Bondi Junction.

This is an exciting prospect for a passionate retail leader to take ownership of a high-performing business, build an incredible team and bring the Hype DC brand vision to life.

What you’ll do

- Create a people-first, high-performance culture within your store.

- Lead a multimillion-dollar business, driving sales, KPIs and commercial results.

- Be present on the shop floor, creating memorable customer experiences.

- Coach, develop and inspire a large team of brand ambassadors.

- Lead recruitment, onboarding and talent development.

- Deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

- Drive best-in-class visual merchandising and store presentation.

- Manage rosters and labour costs while delivering operational excellence.

- Create a fun, inclusive and safe environment for your team and customers.

What we’re looking for

- 3–5+ years’ experience in premium, high-volume or fast-paced retail.





- A proven track record of driving sales and KPIs.

- Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.

- A passion for premium customer experiences and sneakers.

- Strong commercial and strategic thinking.

- Experience managing rosters, labour and operational costs.

- A motivated “Make It Happen” attitude.

- A genuine desire to develop yourself and those around you.
