Project Coordinator (Infrastructure Delivery)

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. This role will work closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders, providing coordination across complex project environments with a strong focus on change management activities.

Approximately 70-80% of the role will be focused on coordinating infrastructure changes, supporting change processes, and ensuring configuration items (CIs) are accurately aligned to services within ServiceNow. The remaining responsibilities will focus on project administration, stakeholder engagement, workshop coordination, scheduling, and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support infrastructure change activities across large-scale transformation and delivery programs.
- Facilitate change management processes, Change Advisory Board (CAB) updates, ensuring appropriate governance, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with the management and maintenance of ServiceNow Configuration Items (CIs) and service mappings.
- Organise and coordinate project workshops, meetings, steering forums, and stakeholder engagements.
- Provide project support including scheduling, action tracking, status reporting, documentation management, and follow-up activities.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator supporting infrastructure delivery programs.




- Solid understanding of change coordination and change management processes within complex IT environments.
- Experience working with ServiceNow, particularly around Configuration Items (CIs), CAB, ITIL and service management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills.
- Exposure to Operational Technology (OT), critical infrastructure, or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
