Summary

Our client, Original Wealth, is a Melbourne-based mortgage and finance broking business providing tailored lending solutions to home buyers, property investors, self-employed clients, professionals and business owners.

The business provides a broad range of services, including residential and investment loans, refinancing, construction finance, SMSF lending, and commercial and business finance.

Due to continued growth in its business and client base, our client is seeking to add a full-time Marketing Specialist to strengthen its market research, brand positioning and customer acquisition activities.

About the Role

The Marketing Specialist will research market opportunities and develop, coordinate and evaluate marketing strategies across the client’s lending and finance services.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, senior management and mortgage broking team, the position will deliver data-informed marketing initiatives across digital, content, referral and community channels.

The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Research customer segments, market demand, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaign plans and promotional programs aligned with business objectives.





• Advise management on service positioning, target markets, promotional messages and marketing channels.

• Coordinate digital campaigns, website content, SEO, social media, email marketing, educational content and events.

• Analyse campaign expenditure, lead sources, conversion rates, customer engagement and return on marketing investment.

• Prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements based on market and performance data.

• Coordinate approved agencies, content providers, designers, event suppliers and referral-marketing activities.

• Ensure marketing communications are accurate, consistent with the Original Wealth brand and compliant with applicable requirements.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:

• At least three years of relevant professional marketing experience.

• Demonstrated experience in market research, marketing strategy and integrated campaign delivery.

• Experience with digital marketing, social media, SEO, website analytics and lead-generation campaigns.

• Robust data-analysis, report-writing and communication skills.

• The ability to manage campaigns, budgets, suppliers and competing deadlines.

• Strong attention to accuracy, brand standards and regulatory requirements.
