About the role
We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused professional to support our growing Melbourne operation. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across enquiries, quotes, orders, deliveries, samples and project support. Working closely with our sales and operational teams, you'll help ensure projects move smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.
You'll also play a key role in representing the Catalyste brand in person, welcoming showroom visitors, conducting product introductions and supporting presentations to architects, designers, builders and other industry professionals. You'll help create a skilled, engaging and informative experience for customers visiting our showroom.
The role combines customer service, sales support and showroom responsibilities. You'll prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate samples, liaise with customers regarding production and delivery timelines, and maintain accurate information across our systems.
Initially, the role will be based at our Campbellfield office and warehouse, with a focus on customer enquiries, quotes, orders, samples and project support. As we prepare to open our new showroom in Melbourne's inner south-east in Q1/Q2 2027, you'll play an important role in its launch and will transition to being primarily based from the showroom following its opening.
Success in this role comes from staying organised, communicating proactively and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and working collaboratively across different parts of the business.
