About the role

As a Security Guard, you'll play an important role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patrons, staff and visitors across licensed venues throughout the Central Coast. You'll be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, responding professionally to incidents, and working closely with venue management to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain a professional and visible security presence





- Conduct regular patrols of the venue

- Monitor patron behaviour and identify potential risks

- De-escalate conflict using effective communication techniques

- Assist patrons and staff when required

- Enforce venue policies and licensing requirements

- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies

- Liaise with venue management and emergency services when required

- Complete electronic incident reports and relevant documentation

About you

- Current NSW Class 1A Security Licence

- Current RSA Competency Card

- Current First Aid Certificate

- Reliable mobile phone with internet access

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

- Professional presentation and strong work ethic

- Availability to work evenings and weekends

- Reliable transport
