At A2Z Dental we train you from the ground up, pay you while you learn, and support you through your Certificate III in Dental Assisting. You start building a real career in health from your first week.

The hardest parts of this job can't be taught in a classroom. You need to stay calm when someone is nervous, notice when a patient needs a kind word, and be the person the team knows will turn up and get it done. If you've managed a busy shift, cared for family, calmed an upset customer or kept a household running, you already have those skills. We'll teach you the dentistry.

What you'll do

- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures

- Set up and reset treatment rooms between patients

- Carry out sterilisation and follow infection control protocols





- Help keep patient records accurate and up to date

- Reassure and support patients who feel anxious

- Keep the day running smoothly alongside a close team

Requirements

- Right to work in Australia

- Based in Rockhampton or willing to relocate

- Available Monday to Friday

- Two referees who can vouch for your reliability
