About the role

As a Recruitment Partner (Finance, Data & Transformation), you will deliver a best-in-class recruitment service, partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and drive hiring outcomes across critical finance, data and transformation functions. You will leverage your expertise as a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, assess, and engage high-calibre professionals across finance, data, transformation, and change functions. Operating as a true partner to the business, you will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of talent acquisition across finance, data and transformation disciplines, adding value beyond delivery by supporting strategic hiring initiatives and building future talent pipelines.

The Role You Will Play

- In this role, you will leverage your expertise as a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, assess, and engage high-calibre professionals across finance, data, transformation, and change functions.

- You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising and sourcing talent, screening and interviewing candidates, preparing shortlists, coordinating selection decisions, conducting reference checks, and managing employment offers. Partnering closely with stakeholders, you will deliver strong hiring outcomes across a diverse portfolio of specialist and strategic roles.

About you

- Proven experience recruiting across Finance, Transformation or Data functions

- Experience hiring for roles such as Data Analysts, Data Governance, Data Architecture, Business Analysis, Finance or Finance Transformation or related specialist disciplines

- Strong track record delivering end-to-end recruitment within a large, complex, enterprise, financial services, or skilled services environment

- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against competing deadlines

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organisation

- Experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver strategic talent outcomes





- A consultative mindset, with the ability to provide market insights, recruitment intelligence, and talent advisory support

- Strong sourcing capability, with experience identifying and engaging passive talent across competitive markets

- Passion for candidate engagement, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience
