About the Role:

We are looking for a Community Fundraising & Partnerships Coordinator to join our Social Sustainability department on a casual basis.

In this role, you will coordinate and support community fundraising activities, partnerships and selected Community Impact Fund initiatives, including events, activations and stakeholder engagement. You will provide practical project coordination, follow-up and reporting support to help ensure funded initiatives and partnership commitments are delivered effectively and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do:

- Coordinate community fundraising, partnership activities, events and community activations.
- Support the delivery of selected Community Impact Fund initiatives and funded projects.
- Liaise with volunteers, subcentres, internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and follow up actions.
- Collect and maintain participation data, feedback, photos, testimonials and community stories to demonstrate impact.
- Assist with partner reporting, acquittals, impact summaries and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines and documentation, ensuring activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.

What You’ll Need:

- 3 years’ experience delivering community-related events (essential).
- Solid organisation and coordination skills.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail and strong administration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
