About the role

This is a hands-on role working directly alongside an experienced driller, assisting with day-to-day drilling operations, mobilisation, equipment handling and general site duties.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting the driller with daily drilling operations

- Setting up and packing down drilling equipment

- Handling drill rods, tooling and equipment

- General labouring and site duties

- Cleaning and maintaining drilling equipment and work areas

- Assisting with mobilisation between sites

- Following site safety procedures and directions

- Working away from home when required

About you

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

- Willing to learn and take direction

- Works safely and takes pride in their work

- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions

- Can work as part of a small team





- Available to work away when projects require it

- Current driver licence required

- Previous drilling, construction, civil, mining or labouring experience would be an advantage, but drilling experience is not essential
