About the Role:

Erina Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Club Allrounders to join our team in Erina, NSW. This casual role offers flexible shifts across various departments, including bistro, gaming, bar, courtesy bus, reception, promotions, and bingo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be rostered across multiple areas while having a primary department focus, ensuring excellent service and a great experience for our patrons.

Available Departments & Responsibilities:

Bistro Supervisor

Lead and supervise daily bistro operations

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest enquiries

- Train, mentor and support food and beverage team members

- Manage staffing throughout each shift: send staff home early when trade is quiet and call in additional staff when needed.

- Assist with stock ordering, stocktake and inventory control

- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation

- Ensure compliance with RSA and WHS requirements

- Support bar and gaming operations during busy periods

- Assist with opening and closing procedures

Bar & Gaming Attendants

- Assist with the operation of gaming machines while ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Process payouts and provide customer assistance as needed.

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee.

- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)



regulations.

- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe gaming environment.

- Adhere to Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) requirements.

Reception

- Greet patrons, manage enquiries (phone/email/in person), handle function enquiries, and provide club information.

- Process new/renewal memberships, ensure forms are complete and accurate, maintain member records, manage batches and general reception/admin tasks.

- Check ID and sign-ins, enforce club rules, handle transactions, and escalate incidents or issues to supervisors.

- Assist with club promotions, raffles, and member events.

- Encourage member participation in promotions and support the marketing team with promotional activities.

- Previous experience in club or hotel administration is a plus!

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.

- Barista skills are an advantage.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Current RSA and ARCG certifications or willingness to obtain.
