About Albany Therapy Services (ATS)

ATS is a small, community-focused business that works predominantly with individuals living with disability to help them achieve meaningful, goal-oriented outcomes.

We’re seeking a dedicated OT or Speech Therapist to join our growing team in Albany. It is a new position and we are happy to shape the role to suit your lifestyle, caseload preference and career stage.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and flexible role, offering the opportunity to deliver therapy where it best supports each client’s functional goals. You’ll work with clients in our clinic space, as well as in their homes, schools, or out in the community.

You will be joining the current OT and Physio team and you will have the opportunity to provide outreach visits to nearby communities if desired.

You will have access to admin support,



and you can work from the clinic or home to complete indirect client work and report writing.

About You:

- Full relevant qualification and registration

- Understanding of NDIS and functional capacity building

- Confident working independently but also value being part of a collaborative team

- Excellent communication and documentation skills including report writing

- A collaborative mindset and passion for empowering others

- WWCC, National Police Clearance & NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Valid drivers' license
