Write loans off the back of a national agent network

@realty Finance is the mortgage broking arm of @realty, one of Australia's largest real estate networks, with more than 800 active agents across Australia. Those agents are in front of buyers, sellers and investors every single day, and that is where our lending opportunities come from.

Our lead broker settles around $80 million a year. He does that from roughly 10 to 15 percent of the network. The remaining 85 percent is not covered because we have not had the capacity, not because the referrals are not there.

That is the opportunity we are hiring for. We are a small, established broking team with dedicated admin support behind us, and we are now looking for an experienced residential mortgage broker to come and work the rest of that network.

You choose how you are paid

Good brokers want different things at different stages of their career, so we let you pick the structure that suits you:

Option 1: Commission only. A larger share of what you write, on upfront and trail, contracted through your own ABN. Best suited to brokers with existing volume and genuine confidence in their pipeline.

Option 2: Salary plus bonus. A reliable base with a performance bonus tied to settled volume. Best suited to brokers who want certainty while they build.

What you will be doing

- Writing residential and investment lending across a broad lender panel





- Building and maintaining referral relationships across the @realty agent network, proactively, not waiting for the phone to ring

- Owning the client relationship from first conversation through to settlement, with admin support to keep the file moving

- Keeping clean, compliant files under NCCP and Best Interests Duty

- Getting in front of agents at sales meetings, network events and roadshows

What you will bring

- Cert IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management

- Current MFAA or FBAA membership

- At least two years writing residential loans as an accredited broker

- Existing lender accreditations, or the ability to be re-accredited quickly

- Strong grasp of servicing, policy and deal structuring

- A self-starter mindset. The referral flow is there, but the brokers who do best here are the ones who go and build the relationships

- Clean compliance history and a current police check
