About the role

The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for managing tenant billing, rent collection, and arrears across the commercial property portfolio, ensuring accurate cash flow and tenant account management.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and issue tenant invoices for rent, outgoings, and lease adjustments

- Maintain accurate tenant accounts within Yardi

- Process rent reviews, reconciliations, and lease-related financial changes

- Manage bank guarantees and tenant financial records

- Monitor daily rent receipts and ensure accurate allocation to tenant accounts

- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies promptly

- Reconcile tenant balances and outstanding items

- Monitor arrears on a daily and monthly basis

- Follow up overdue accounts in line with internal procedures

- Issue arrears notices and statements

About you

- 3–6 years' experience in Accounts Receivable (property sector preferred)

- Strong experience managing rent rolls and arrears

- Advanced Yardi proficiency (essential)

- High attention to detail and solid organisational skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Highly tech-savvy, with experience driving system and process improvements

- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
