Swing Factory is a growing Australian-owned golf, hospitality and entertainment business, combining great food, golf, technology and entertainment.

The Role

We are looking for a qualified Chef to join our kitchen team.

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food preparation and production, maintaining food quality and presentation, and ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to a Chef who enjoys a fast-paced workplace and takes pride in delivering consistently great food.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook and present food to menu and quality standards.

- Complete food preparation and mise en place for service.

- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

- Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation.

- Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising food wastage.

- Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.

- Work effectively with the Kitchen Manager and wider venue team.





- Support efficient kitchen service during busy periods.

What We're Looking For

- Qualified Chef – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

- Previous commercial kitchen experience.

- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.

- Current Food Handler training/certification.

- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling practices.

- Strong communication, teamwork and attention to detail.

- Reliable, positive and able to work under pressure.

- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

- Living locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of Vermont South is highly desirable.
