About Us:

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is perfect for an organised accounts officer with a passion for standards and service. The position is responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable and payable tasks, regular liaison with both external and internal stakeholders, and the provision of general accounts support to multiple business units within the Plantmark Group.

The highlights of the position are:

- Verification and coding of vendor invoices and purchase orders.
- Preparation of vendor payments and coordination of remittance advices.
- Credit card expense processing and reconciliations.
- Daily customer payment allocations
- Preparation of ATB reporting and assistance with debt collection.
- General administrative duties and queries.

The role is a full-time, fixed-term contract for parental leave coverage.



A commencement timeline of early November would be ideal to allow for a comprehensive training and handover period.

Essential Experience

We would love to hear from self-motivated candidates who are proactive, positive and enjoy working in a team.

To shine in this role, you’ll need:

- Demonstrated experience in accounts tasks.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office applications and intermediate level Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry ability.
- Professional telephone manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
