Master Scheduler

Overview

FinXL IT Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across financial services, telecommunications, government, and enterprise sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler with an Active NV1 Security Clearance to support a large scale program. In this role, you will take ownership of the master program schedule, maintaining end to end control across complex deliverables, critical paths and project plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and execute comprehensive master schedules across complex programs.
- Actively manage program scope, analyse project schedule data, and collaborate with Project Managers to provide critical path planning perspectives and identify variances against planned rates to drive corrective actions.
- Create concise, data-driven reporting and performance metrics to summarise schedule health, progress, and capacity alignment.
- Develop continuous improvement opportunities relative to position and participate in execution.




- Support schedule change control efforts and interact daily with technical leads, internal delivery teams, vendors, and government clients to resolve blockers and hit key delivery dates.
- Coordinate closely with cost control functions to ensure priority due dates align with program needs and planned capacity matches required capacity.
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimise scheduling methods, performance tracking, and reporting procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

- Active NV1 Security Clearance is required to be considered for this role
- Proven experience delivering large scale programs as a Master Scheduler
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills; must have ability to work with others while effectively handling internal pressures
