Feaver Group delivers drilling and mining equipment, rigs and specialist training solutions. As the business continues to develop its operations, this newly created role will establish the systems, controls and leadership needed to support an efficient, visible and well-governed inventory function.

The Opportunity

This is not a role where you inherit a polished system. This is an opportunity to build one.

Working closely with operational leaders, you will take ownership of inventory, warehousing and stores processes, establish systems and controls from the ground up, and lead the integration of two operations into one structured, efficient and highly visible operation.

You will also lead a team of approximately 3–5 people, developing capability, accountability and consistency across the function. This is a practical leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation while creating the systems and standards that allow a business to scale.

What You Will Take Ownership Of

- Designing and implementing inventory systems, controls and procedures from scratch

- Leading the consolidation and integration of two inventory operations

- Managing inventory accuracy, stock control, traceability and reporting

- Establishing structured bin locations, storage solutions and inventory governance

- Improving ERP and inventory system discipline and data accuracy

- Developing practical SOPs, work instructions and best-practice processes

- Leading, supporting and developing a team of 3–5 stores personnel

- Partnering with Production, Operations and Purchasing to maintain material availability

- Conducting cycle counts, coordinating stock takes and resolving discrepancies

- Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised stores environment

- Delivering measurable improvements in inventory accuracy,



efficiency and operational performance

What You Will Bring

You may currently be working as an Inventory Manager, Stores Manager, Warehouse & Inventory Manager, Materials Manager, or as a Senior Inventory Controller ready to step into broader leadership.

Most importantly, you will have successfully built, transformed, integrated or significantly improved an inventory or stores operation before.

- Strong inventory management experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, mining or technical environments

- Demonstrated experience implementing systems, controls and process improvements

- Working knowledge of ERP, MRP or warehouse management systems; Odoo experience would be advantageous

- Experience leading teams and building accountability

- A practical, visible and hands-on leadership style

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- The ability to work across Production, Operations and Purchasing

- A genuine continuous improvement mindset

- A forklift license, or the ability to obtain one, would be advantageous
