Dandenong | Full Time | Long-Term Position

We're a well-established, family-run portable building manufacturer in Dandenong, and we're looking for an experienced aluminium window fabricator to join our team.

We manufacture our own aluminium windows and doors in-house, and we're looking for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in their work and is happy to get on with the job without someone constantly looking over their shoulder.

It's a friendly, down-to-earth workplace, and we're hoping to find someone who wants to settle into a good, stable position and become an important part of our team.

What you'll be doing

You'll be hands-on in our window manufacturing area, including:

- Fabricating and assembling aluminium windows and doors

- Reading drawings and working from measurements

- Organising your daily workload

- Making sure finished products are accurate and well made

- Working with our building production team to keep jobs moving

- Helping and passing your knowledge on to our apprentice

What we're looking for

If you've got good aluminium window or door fabrication experience, take pride in your workmanship and have a positive attitude,

- Knows their way around aluminium window fabrication

- Is reliable and takes pride in doing a good job

- Can work independently

- Enjoys solving practical problems

- Is happy to help and teach others

- Has a good attitude and gets along with the team
