About the Role
As a Client Experience Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring every client feels valued, understood, and cared for from the moment they walk in. You’ll play a key role in building lasting relationships, guiding clients through their aesthetic journey, and supporting their confidence and well-being.
Reporting to the Clinic Development Manager, you’ll work closely with a passionate team of clinicians and consultants who are committed to excellence and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage clients with warmth and professionalism
- Build strong relationships through attentive service and follow-up
- Manage bookings, consultations, and client communications
- Support clinic operations and contribute to a harmonious team culture
- Collaborate with the Clinic Development Manager to enhance client experience strategies

Hours & Flexibility
This is a part time role offering approximately 31 hours per week, with some flexibility to suit your lifestyle and clinic needs.
