CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics and Field Service Technicians for multiple permanent positions across Western Australia.

We have a range of opportunities available across workshop, field service and Kalgoorlie-based positions.
We are open to candidates who are WA-based, willing to relocate or interested in FIFO opportunities, depending on the position and location.

These roles will suit qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanics with strong experience servicing, diagnosing and repairing heavy earthmoving and mobile plant equipment.
Volvo Construction Equipment experience is highly regarded, however candidates with experience working on Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr or other major equipment brands are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carrying out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy earthmoving and mobile plant equipment
- Diagnosing and fault-finding mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic issues
- Completing breakdown repairs, component replacements and major repairs as required
- Inspecting equipment and identifying potential mechanical issues
- Working on equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, articulated haulers and other heavy machinery
- Using diagnostic tools and technical information to identify faults and confirm repairs
- Completing accurate job cards, service reports and parts requests
- Communicating repair findings, timeframes and further work required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Attending customer sites for servicing, diagnostics and repairs where required
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience servicing or repairing heavy earthmoving machinery




- Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience across diesel engines, hydraulics, drivetrains and electrical systems
- Volvo Construction Equipment experience highly regarded
- Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr or comparable heavy equipment
- Previous mining, construction, civil, quarrying or heavy industry experience highly regarded
- Field service experience highly regarded for field-based positions
- Current driver's licence
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
