This visionary project driven by a joint venture between Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild includes the construction of six new stations, 12 state-of-the-art metro trains, advanced rail systems, and a modern stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills.

The Opportunity:

Employed by Webuild, Parklife Metro is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Data Analyst to join our team based at Badgerys Creek.
The QA Data Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that MEP project data is accurate, complete, reliable and readily accessible to the project teams. The role will work closely with MEP engineering, construction, quality, commissioning, completions and project controls teams to maintain data integrity and provide meaningful reporting and insights.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support system testing, enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation, configuration and ongoing development of the Hexagon system for the MEP team.
- Translate project requirements into effective system workflows, registers and data structures.
- Maintain accurate, complete and reliable MEP data within Hexagon.
- Undertake data validation, cleansing and quality checks, identifying and resolving data gaps or inconsistencies.
- Ensure data supports quality, commissioning, completions and handover requirements.
- Support the MEP completions process through effective management and tracking of completion data within Hexagon.
- Monitor completions status, outstanding items, inspections, testing and documentation to support timely close-out.




- Provide accurate completions reporting and identify data gaps or issues that may impact commissioning and handover.
- Support the preparation and validation of MEP records and data required for project handover.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports providing visibility of MEP quality and completions performance.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, outstanding actions and areas requiring attention.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to MEP management and project stakeholders.

Criteria:

- Relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Construction or a related discipline; or equivalent industry experience.
- Relevant experience in a major construction, infrastructure or engineering project environment.
- 2-5 years' experience in a data analyst, QA, completions, systems or project controls role.
- Experience working within a construction, engineering, infrastructure or major projects environment.
- Experience using Hexagon or a similar quality, completions or project management system.
- Experience maintaining project data and producing reports or dashboards.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and supporting system users.
- Strong data analysis, validation and data quality skills.
