We’re looking for someone who gets social media — especially TikTok.

Based at Coventry Village in Morley, you’ll create engaging social content across hospitality venues, commercial centres and events.

This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll be out finding the people, food, businesses, events and moments worth sharing — then turning them into content that gets noticed.

What You’ll Do

- Create TikToks, Reels and social content from idea to post

- Film, edit and capture content across our venues and centres

- Keep across trends, sounds and what’s working on TikTok

- Create content for Instagram and Facebook alongside TikTok

- Help promote events, launches, businesses and campaigns

- Manage regular posting and keep content fresh and consistent





- Track engagement and learn what our audiences respond to

- Be comfortable getting behind or in front of the camera

You’ll Be Someone Who

- Has a solid feel for TikTok and what makes people stop scrolling

- Is creative, confident and full of ideas

- Can film and edit great short-form content

- Has strong visual and written communication skills

- Is proactive and can run with an idea

- Is organised and comfortable working independently

- Enjoys working with different people, businesses and venues
