Join an innovative industry disrupter expanding its footprint across Australia. This exciting opportunity suits an energetic, hunter-style Business Development Manager based on the Eastern Seaboard (Brisbane, Sydney or close to a major regional airport preferred).

You will introduce regional workshops, mobile mechanics, and machinery fleet operators to a disruptive turnkey package combining mobile workshop infrastructure, proprietary software, and workshop consumables that slashes operational delays and unlocks new revenue streams. Backed by an agile culture that champions excellence and care, you will enjoy autonomous, field-based selling with full tools of trade.

Key Responsibilities

- Hunt and secure new business across regional and metro sectors.
- Deliver consultative, in-person product and technology demonstrations.
- Build compelling commercial ROI business cases for key decision-makers.
- Maintain active field presence,



travelling regularly across target regions.
- Manage deal progression and client touchpoints within the CRM.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven track record in outbound B2B capital or solution sales.
- Background in heavy machinery, commercial transport, fluid power, or industrial dealerships.
- Strong consultative closer with genuine commercial acumen.
- Comfort conducting digital software and workflow presentations.
- Current driver licence and willingness to undertake routine regional travel.

A competitive package of $130,000-$140,000+ base salary plus superannuation, uncapped commissions, and a fully maintained company vehicle.
