CBRE is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead operational performance across a portfolio of Premium Grade commercial assets within a landmark Sydney CBD precinct.

This is a rare opportunity to join a premium institutional environment at a pivotal stage of its evolution. As part of a newly integrated Charter Hall precinct, you will help shape the operational standards, service culture and performance expectations that define the next chapter of these assets.

Reporting to the Precinct Manager, you will act as a trusted operational advisor to Charter Hall and key stakeholder groups, leading building performance, compliance, contractor delivery and occupier experience across the precinct.

Opportunities to influence a Premium Grade precinct at this scale are uncommon. You will inherit responsibility for exceptional assets, with the autonomy to shape how they operate, how services are delivered and how occupiers experience the precinct for years to come.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the operational strategy, building performance and service excellence outcomes across a portfolio of Premium Grade commercial assets
- Establish and embed operational standards, governance frameworks and service delivery benchmarks across the newly integrated precinct
- Provide strategic oversight of planned and reactive maintenance, building services, contractor performance and asset risk




- Drive WHS, statutory compliance, essential services and operational audit outcomes across the portfolio
- Act as a trusted operational advisor to Charter Hall, occupiers and service partners, influencing decisions that support performance and customer experience
- Manage operational budgets, forecasting, reporting and relevant capital works delivery, while contributing to precinct-wide improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership across contractor partners, building operations and service delivery teams to drive consistent standards across the precinct

About you

You are an experienced facilities management professional who understands the expectations that come with Premium Grade commercial assets. You balance strong technical knowledge with commercial judgement and credible stakeholder leadership.

- Equally comfortable in the plant room and the boardroom, you are trusted to solve problems, influence outcomes and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Significant experience managing Premium Grade or comparable commercial office assets within a complex property environment
- Strong technical understanding of building services, critical plant, maintenance strategies and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated success managing contractors, operational budgets and service performance across complex assets
- Experience partnering with institutional owners, major clients or senior stakeholder groups
- Robust knowledge of WHS, risk management, statutory compliance and operational governance
- A leadership mindset,



with the ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders and drive operational excellence
