I’m partnering with a well-established and growing accounting firm looking for an experienced Business Services Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of your own client portfolio while leading and developing a high-performing team in a firm that genuinely values long-term careers.

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships
- Review Financials, Tax Returns & SMSF compliance work
- Provide technical guidance across tax (CGT, GST, FBT, Div 7A, etc.)
- Lead, mentor and develop junior staff
- Manage workflow, WIP, budgets and deadlines
- Identify growth opportunities and add value to clients

About You

- Manager experience within Public Practice
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
