What We're Looking For

Customer Service & Sales Team Members

We're particularly interested in candidates who enjoy engaging with customers and have a passion for sales.

You will:

- Create outstanding customer experiences
- Build strong connections with customers through genuine conversations
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products
- Promote seasonal ranges and new product releases
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand passion
- Help drive store performance during the peak Christmas trading period

Ideal backgrounds:

- Retail sales
- Customer service
- Hospitality
- Gym and fitness industry
- Telecommunications
- Fashion retail
- Sporting goods
- Any role requiring customer interaction and sales

Stockroom & Back of House Team Members

For those who prefer a fast-paced operational workplace, we also have opportunities supporting store operations.

You will:

- Receive, process and organise stock deliveries
- Replenish stock to the shop floor
- Maintain stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy
- Support visual merchandising standards
- Assist with loss prevention procedures
- Ensure products are available and ready for customers
- Keep the store operating efficiently during peak periods

- Warehouse operations
- Distribution centres
- Picking and packing
- Inventory control
- Logistics
- Retail stockrooms
- Fast-paced operational environments

To be successful, you must be available to work across the peak Christmas and New Year trading period, including:
