The Role

Be part of our Strategy team, reporting directly to our Commercial Analyst Manager in our Banyo offices near the airport, with working from home days available.

In this role, you will act as a critical commercial partner to our Executive Leadership Team, using Power BI as a key tool to turn complex commercial, customer and pricing data into meaningful insights and clear business stories.

Your mission? Build and deliver the Power BI reporting, commercial analysis and strategic insights that help us reach more Australians and directly impact our bottom line.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Strategic Growth & Profitability: Develop commercial analyses to maximise revenue and margins across all product categories.

- Commercial Translation: Move beyond the “what” to the “so what” by translating data into clear, strategic recommendations for the executive team.

- Customer Insights: Lead deep-dive cohort analysis to understand Lifetime Value (LTV) and provide recommendations that drive sustainable growth.

- Product & Pricing Strategy:



Lead the SKU rationalisation process and support pricing reviews and promotional ROI assessments.

- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, data-driven decision-making is at the heart of our operations.

- Project Leadership: Provide expert strategic reporting and insights for new growth projects and product launches, including Power BI dashboards and reporting that support informed decision-making.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

You bring strategic insight, strong commercial acumen and advanced Power BI capability. A major part of this role is developing, improving and interpreting Power BI dashboards, so your superpower is turning complex data into practical recommendations for our teams.

- Customer Understanding: Proven experience interpreting customer behaviour and building recommendations that drive growth.

- Commercial Acumen: Lived experience in a fast-paced workplace where strategy translates into P&L; performance.

- Power BI Expertise: Advanced Power BI capability is essential, including building dashboards, developing reports, interrogating data and presenting insights in a clear, visual and commercially meaningful way. Advanced Excel modelling and analysis skills are also required, while SQL proficiency is a distinct advantage.

- High-Impact Essentials: A strategic mindset, with examples of critical thinking, solid stakeholder influence and the ability to work autonomously with full ownership of deliverables.

- Highly Regarded: E-commerce or retail experience.

- Education & Experience: A degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Statistics, with 5+ years’ experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial analytics.
