Parts Advisor

Looking for a change into the commercial kitchen equipment industry, or are you already knowledgable in the industry already?

We are a leading importer, distributor and repairer of commercial kitchen equipment with branches in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland. Our head office is situated in Moorebank Logistics Park (South Western Sydney). Home to our showroom, service workshop and the national distribution warehouse.

Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you will be given training and development that will allow you to take ownership of this position. We are looking for an experienced parts advisor to join our aftersales team.

Duties of the role include:

- Receiving and processing spare parts orders using SAP.

- Following up with suppliers on any outstanding orders.

- Working closely with customers to track and update them on order status.





- Following up with customers with outstanding orders.

- Monthly Stock reviews..

Requirements:

- High standard of accuracy & attention to detail.

- Excellent phone and communication skills.

- A positive attitude to a busy and wide-ranging role.

- Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised.

- A proactive approach when following up on outstanding orders.

- An understanding of SAP and using AI would be an advantage.
