The Caseload:
You’ll work with a fully paediatric caseload, supporting children across a mix of NDIS and private referrals.

The caseload is approximately:

- 60% NDIS
- 40% private

There is a strong stream of private referrals, with many children presenting with less complex communication and developmental needs.

Your clinical work may include:

- Speech sound disorders
- Expressive and receptive language
- Early language development
- Social communication
- Literacy and school readiness
- Developmental communication needs
- Parent coaching and education
- Assessments,

Caseloads can be shaped around your strengths, interests and level of experience.

Mostly Clinic-Based One of the biggest advantages of this role is that you’re not spending your entire week driving between appointments.

Around 80% of sessions are delivered from the clinic, with no home visits required.

You’ll be joining a substantial Allied Health team including approximately:

- 15 Speech Pathologists
- 5 Occupational Therapists

About You You’ll need:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia membership, or eligibility
- Genuine interest in paediatrics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative approach to working with children, families and colleagues
