Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced, licensed technician who takes ownership of their work, follows through without micromanagement, and genuinely cares about quality.

You’ll need:

- Current pest control licence

- Valid driver’s licence

- Full working rights in Australia

- 2+ years hands-on commercial or residential pest control experience

- Robust, professional communication with clients

- A self-motivated, detail-focused approach

- Termite or bird management experience would be a significant advantage

Your Role

- Inspect and treat commercial, residential and institutional sites

- Design and implement effective pest management programs





- Install and monitor bait stations, traps and digital monitoring systems

- Write clear, accurate site reports

- Build trusted, long-term client relationships

- Contribute to major accounts alongside a team that respects your input

What You’ll Get

- Base salary of $70,000 – $90,000, depending on experience

- Overtime and performance bonuses, with realistic OTE of $90,000+
