About the role

The Infrastructure Supervisor is a key leadership position responsible for coordinating the maintenance, facilities, staff housing, plant and fleet. Working closely with the Director of Infrastructure, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance programs, manage contractors and resources, and support the delivery of capital works and grant-funded projects. This diverse role combines operational leadership, project delivery, standard and continues to meet the needs of the community.

About you

- Experience in infrastructure, maintenance, engineering, construction, trade or a related technical field

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities

- Ability to oversee contractors and coordinate projects from planning through to completion

- Effective communicator who builds productive relationships with colleagues,



contractors and community stakeholders

- Commitment to workplace health and safety, continuous improvement and customer service

- Sound problem-solving, budgeting and decision-making abilities
