As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will lead the day-to-day financial direction of the business. This is an chance for an individual who seeks to take a challenge head-on and has strong finance and customer service skills coupled with a pragmatic and hands-on approach. You will be responsible for executing and managing all accounts receivable and sales ordering processes.

Your day-to-day activities will include, but are not limited to, processing invoices for existing sales orders, managing customer credits, stock adjustments, bank reconciliations, and using your persuasive personality to follow up with debtors in an effective manner. You will work on client reconciliations every month to ensure all accounts are updated and billed correctly so that statements can be issued. With over 3000 clients, there is an abundance of work to do,



and the clients run equally interesting commercial entities.

The successful applicant will be a motivated skilled with attention to detail and possess excellent communication skills, as liaising with clients will be a regular occurrence. You will be experienced in accounts receivable, with a solid understanding of accounting principles, and knowledge of stock management from a sales and finance perspective will be highly regarded.

A qualification is not mandatory but is desirable, and working knowledge of database management and Xero software will be highly regarded.
