At the The Barrier Reef Pools Group WA, we are dedicated to delivering world class fibreglass swimming pools to customers across Western Australia. A permanent, opportunity is now available for a Display Centre Support Officer to join our team.

We are looking for a customer focused, proactive individual with a excellent eye for detail and a solid drive to deliver. Supporting the Sales Consultants to ensure customer service and the coordination of display centre maintenance is of a high standard at all times. On the job training will give you a wide range of industry knowledge in the design and sale for fibreglass swimming pools.

Rate of remuneration will be dependent on experience

About the Role:
Based in Mandurah
Scheduled Days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 10am – 4pm
Focused on delivering top quality customer service
Coordinating display maintenance contractors & product suppliers





Key Responsibilities include;
Open and close display centre as required
Confidently greeting and conversing with potential customers through display walk ins, email, telephone and online enquiry
Administrative Support to Sales Consultants
Maintaining Sales Lead database
Contractor coordination to ensure the display centre is meticulously maintained
Proactive customer enquiry follow up
Assist sales team with quote preparation
Ensure working relationships with supplier network
Able to actively solve problems

Successful Attributes:
Experience in the swimming pool industry is highly advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent Administrative and organisational skills
High level written and verbal skills
Goal orientated and motivated to deliver on targets
Able to successfully work unsupervised but as part of a team
