Anila Recruitment is partnering with a respected Not for Profit OSHC provider servicing Western Sydney. The organisation is known for its structured support, professional development pathways, and strong partnerships with local school communities.

Role details:
35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Before School Care: 6:45am – 9:30am
After School Care: 2:00pm – 6:30pm
$42 per hour (inclusive of split shift allowance) + superannuation

About the Service:
Licensed for 180 children
Established leadership structure including a Centre Manager, 2x 2ICs, and permanent Educators (minimal reliance on casual staff)
Dedicated OSHC space within the school
Solid, cooperative relationship with the school and local community
Supportive environment with a explicit focus on development and upskilling

About You:




Experience working in Outside School Hours Care or Early Years Education
Confident leading operations, compliance, and day-to-day service delivery
Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
Robust organisational and leadership capability
Motivated to continue developing professionally within a structured organisation
