Based from the SE Melbourne facility, this role manages workshop assembly, coordinates technician schedules, oversees stock procurement, and ensures high-quality system configuration before field deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop operations, technician scheduling, and equipment preparation
Assemble, program, configure, and bench test solar-powered CCTV units and mobile security trailers
Configure IP cameras, network routers, directional antennas, SIM connectivity, and video management software
Manage local warehouse inventory, stock levels, supplier orders, and job costing




Implement quality control checks and maintain protected work practices across all workshop activities
Provide technical leadership to workshop technicians and attend client sites occasionally for complex technical escalations

Ideal Background
Robust background in electronic security, IP CCTV, networking, and wireless communication systems
