We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Dispatch Officer to join our operations team. This position offers a varied and quick‑paced working environment, where no two days are the same. The role operates on a 4‑day roster, providing a balanced structure while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare customer orders for domestic and international dispatch with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate outgoing freight, including shipment preparation, courier bookings, and international logistics
Maintain accurate documentation through accurate data entry and PDA‑based recording
Support goods‑in operations by assisting with unloading deliveries, verifying stock,



and preparing items for quality control
Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain reliable inventory records
Monitor and rotate finished goods to ensure correct expiry management

Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in dispatching, logistics or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a quick‑paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
