About The Role

The Registered Migration Agent or Senior Migration Assistant is responsible for supporting our fantastic team of Migration Agents.

Your duties will include:

Preparation of visa applications, including the collection of supporting documentation and preparing visa applications.

Must be experienced in:
Employer Sponsored Visas: Subclass 482, 494, 186
General Skilled Migration
Skills Assessments
Assisting in research as directed by the Migration Agents.




Ensuring everything is actioned to deadline so visas are lodged on time.
Communicating with a variety of clients.

To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Registered Migration Agent or an Experienced Migration Assistant to assist our RMA’s
Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in the Australian migration industry
Proven experience managing a wide range of visa subclasses
Strong knowledge of Australian immigration law and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and client service skills
High attention to detail with a meticulous and organised approach
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
