Job Specification

An exciting 12-month Pharmacist Manager contract is available for an experienced community pharmacist ready to lead a busy, community-focused pharmacy.

You'll oversee the day-to-day pharmacy operations while leading and supporting your dispensary and retail team. Your responsibilities will include dispensing and counselling, workflow and stock management, professional services, budgeting, KPIs and maintaining compliance with QCPP and 8CPA requirements.

While you'll be the Pharmacist Manager on site,



you'll have daily support from a Dispense Technician, Retail Manager and Pharmacy Assistant.

Skills Required
General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
3 years experience as a pharmacist in Australia.
Vaccination accreditation
Robust communication and team leadership skills
Confidence managing workflow, KPIs and professional services
Current Police Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain

Salary & Advantages

$55-$65 per hour, depending on experience, plus rental assistance negotiable with the pharmacy.

This is a full-time 38-hour per week, 12-month contract, preferably commencing in November.
