What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing and executing high-quality dishes across larder, deli and pastry service sections
Maintaining consistency, presentation, and speed during busy services
Supporting menu execution including house made breads, pastrys and salads small plates
Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
Working collaboratively with a tight-knit, skilled team

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (baking and pastry experience highly regarded)
Robust understanding of cooking techniques




Ability to work efficiently under pressure in peak service periods
Positive attitude, reliability, and team-first mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
