A leading Australian Enterprise Organisation is seeking an Microsoft AI Platform Specialist to support the governance, administration, and operational management of a Microsoft AI setting, including Copilot and Copilot Studio.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for platform administration, reporting, monitoring, compliance, licence management, and policy governance. You'll help ensure AI capabilities are delivered securely, responsibly, and in line with organisational security, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
Working with both business and technology teams, you'll play a key role in supporting the ongoing adoption and optimisation of AI capabilities across the organisation. This role suits someone who enjoys combining technical platform management with stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Microsoft AI platforms, including Copilot and Copilot Studio
Maintain governance controls, reporting, monitoring, and compliance processes
Oversee licence management, platform administration, and policy adherence
Support secure, scalable, and responsible AI adoption across the organisation




Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive platform effectiveness and user engagement

About You
Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, ideally Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 platforms
Understanding of governance, compliance, security, and operational support practices
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
Passionate about AI and emerging technologies
