Are you an experienced invoicing skilled with robust reconciliation skills, exceptional attention to detail and a solid understanding of operational costs? We are seeking a highly proficient Regional Invoicing & Cost Control Clerk to join our growing team.

General Crane Services (WA) Pty Ltd is a privately owned business providing crane, lifting, rigging and transport services across Western Australia, with our head depot located in Cockburn Central.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Produce accurate, detailed invoices for regional operations, managing a high volume of daily invoicing.
Reconcile job dockets, timesheets, purchase orders and associated costs to ensure accurate billing.
Review and reconcile subcontractor charges, equipment hire, transport, travel and other job-related expenses.
Ensure all recoverable costs are accurately captured and recharged to clients.
Monitor job costs, identify discrepancies and ensure no revenue is missed.
Maintain disciplined tracking of job statuses, outstanding documentation and unbilled work.
Liaise with clients regarding purchase orders, invoicing queries and outstanding charges.
Work closely with regional operational teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate job costing and invoicing.

Ideally,



candidates will have:
Minimum 3 years' experience in invoicing, job costing or cost control.
Proven experience in operational or project-based invoicing, including an understanding of hire dockets and associated complexities.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume invoicing with a high level of accuracy.
Strong reconciliation skills, commercial awareness and the ability to identify missed charges or cost discrepancies.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting and invoicing systems.
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to liaise with operational teams, suppliers and clients.
Previous experience in crane, transport, mining or heavy industry will be highly regarded.
