About Us

Glenny Kebabs is one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing quick-service restaurant brands, with seven owner-operated locations across Melbourne’s south-east.

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team and gain practical, hands-on experience across food, hospitality, retail and digital marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Supporting the planning and execution of new product launches
Assisting with loyalty, email and SMS marketing initiatives
Conducting competitor and market research
Supporting customer engagement and database growth
Coordinating local-area marketing activities across our stores
Helping create and organise marketing content
Analysing campaign performance and preparing reports
Working alongside our operations and creative teams

Skills and Experience

What You’ll Need
Solid written and verbal communication skills
A genuine interest in marketing, branding and hospitality
Good organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
The ability to take initiative
The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly Regarded




Current or completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications or Commerce
Experience using Canva, Capcut, Adobe
Social media or content creation experience
An understanding of email marketing platforms
Basic knowledge of digital advertising or analytics
