About the role

We are looking for a full-time Aquaculture Attendant/Worker (Net Cleaner) to join our dynamic operations team at our marine farm in Rowella, just 35 minutes from Launceston. Unlike many marine farms, the Rowella site allows you to drive home daily—no remote living required! This is a lifestyle-friendly role with a Monday to Friday roster, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, with overtime and weekend work at penalty rates when required. You'll be part of a team that starts each day with team stretching and safety briefings, ensuring wellbeing is always a priority.

Key responsibilities
Follow all safety procedures and protocols, putting wellbeing first
Work effectively as part of a collaborative, hardworking team
Operate and maintain ROV and surface net cleaning machinery
Handle farm equipment safely and efficiently
Record accurate operational data and monitor farm conditions to support safe and productive operations

About you
Cert III in Aquaculture or prior experience in finfish farming (or a related field) is highly regarded
LF forklift licence preferred; coxswain's ticket and/or first aid certificate advantageous
Physically fit and ready to work outdoors
Can-do attitude with pride in high-quality work
Strong commitment to safety and team wellbeing
