As a Senior Probity Investigator, you will be involved in assessing the suitability of individuals and corporations to be associated with the Queensland liquor and gaming industries while providing a high level of client service. You will need to have strong communication, organisation and written skills, be highly motivated and focused on delivering outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Demonstrated ability to review and critically analyse financial and legal agreements, arrangements, statements and reports in a complex legal and/or regulatory setting.
Solid written communication skills, including experience in making recommendations, preparing briefing notes and correspondence for the
consideration of the Queensland Liquor and Gaming Commissioner and the Minister.
The ability to evaluate issues that arise in a complex regulatory setting and generate solutions for recommendation to management.
The ability to work in high performing and collaborative team environment, including being highly motivated to deliver outcomes and being receptive to diverse perspectives.
The ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.




Experience conducting probity investigations. A qualification in law or commerce related disciplines is also considered desirable.
