Retail Manager

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year + Super

Full time Position; Approx. 38 hours per week

BSK KIAMA is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead their team at Kiama. If you have solid leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a drive for business success, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee product selection, stock levels, and customer service quality.
Implement promotions, set competitive prices, and drive sales growth.
Lead local marketing efforts and advertising initiatives to attract customers.
Assist customers with product choices and enhance their experience.
Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions while managing budgets effectively.
Recruit, train,



and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety, hygiene, and food industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in retail management.
Certificate or diploma in retail management will be preferred.
Robust leadership, sales, and business skills.
Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and team performance.
Passion for customer service and food quality.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
