A genuine full time opportunity is available for an experienced Retail Manager to join a pizza store supply-chain business in Newcastle, NSW.

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day management of retail operations, stock and supply coordination, customer service, staff supervision and maintaining efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily retail and store operations
Coordinate stock, inventory and supply requirements
Supervise and support staff
Maintain high standards of customer service
Assist with ordering, receiving and managing stock
Monitor sales, expenses and operational requirements
Assist with staff rostering and workplace procedures
Ensure workplace health, safety and compliance requirements are followed
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
Support the business owner/management team with day-to-day operational matters

The ideal candidate will have:
Relevant retail or management experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to supervise and coordinate staff
Valuable understanding of retail operations and stock management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid customer service skills
A reliable and professional approach to work

Salary & Employment
Full-time position
$28 per hour basic pay rate, subject to applicable employment conditions and entitlements
