At Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport, our Maintenance team plays an important role in keeping the hotel safe, comfortable and running smoothly for our guests and team.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting the Maintenance Manager with the day-to-day maintenance of our guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities.

What you’ll do day to day:
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
Assist with preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
Support and guide the maintenance team with day-to-day tasks
Identify maintenance issues and escalate more complex or specialised repairs
Assist with coordinating contractors and external service providers when required
Maintain maintenance records, equipment and stock
Follow hotel, WHS and safety procedures

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in hotel, commercial building or general maintenance
Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills




Experience working across general repairs, basic plumbing, painting, carpentry and building maintenance
Ability to prioritise jobs and work independently
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments
Previous experience supporting or supervising a small maintenance team
A trade qualification or relevant maintenance experience is desirable
