About the role

We're looking for a reliable, skilled Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis. You'll be working across residential new builds in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area, alongside a tight-knit team that holds itself to a high standard. This is a hands-on role from frame to fix. You'll work closely with the site foreman and contribute to delivering homes our clients are genuinely proud of.

Key responsibilities
Framing, fixing, and finishing on residential current builds
Reading and working from plans accurately
Maintaining site cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all times
Working as part of a team and contributing to a positive site culture
Upholding the Martrick quality standard on every job

About you
Cert III in Carpentry
Own vehicle and full set of tools




Solid experience in residential construction
Strong attention to detail, particularly on finishes
Reliable, hard-working, and easy to work with
