Our fun, small yet fast-paced cafe is looking for a talented Barista/Acai Artist to join our family in Palmyra and take our customers' coffee experience to the next level.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Create a welcoming and positive customer experience
Be able to calibrate coffee grinder and create the perfect cup of coffee
Willingness to learn other aspects of day to day trade.
Make food items including our famous Acaí Bowls and Earth Bowls
Opening and closing of the cafe.
Bring previous experience to the role but also with a willingness to adjust to a current job.

You will:
Posses great customer service and interpersonal skills
Be qualified and reliable
Have vast experience behind the coffee machine
Have a creative mind with a can-do attitude
Be able to work in a fast-paced setting
Run a busy shift with poise and control




Be available to work on weekends.
Have the flexibility to do a mixture of opening and closing shifts
Be up for making acai and helping with cabinet food
Latte art would be a bonus!

We are able to offer a role from 15 up to 35 hours per week depending on your flexibility

Dayshift only

Hourly rates: Mon-Fri $34.76 Sat-Sun $41.72

Hospitality Award rates apply, based on age and classification

Barista: 2 years (Required)
