Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday (Full-Time Hours)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Pizza Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience with hand-stretched dough and wood-fired ovens, and is confident leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen workplace. This role requires a transparent, calm leader who can maintain high standards while fostering a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas using hand-stretched dough techniques
Operate and manage a wood-fired oven safely and efficiently
Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and timing of all pizzas
Lead and support kitchen staff during service
Ensure a clean, organized, and food-safe work workplace
Assist with prep work, dough preparation, and inventory management
Maintain composure and clear communication during high-volume service

Qualifications
Proven experience as a pizza cook




Strong experience with hand-stretched dough
Experience working with a wood-fired oven
Ability to lead a team effectively and calmly
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to work full-time hours, Wednesday through Sunday
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
